History
A brief history
Westminster Seminary Press was founded in 2011 as the publishing arm of Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia, and is one of very few Reformed seminary presses in the United States.1 It works with the seminary's faculty, staff and students to publish new writing and classic texts from an orthodox Reformed position, and keeps the list deliberately small.2 Its volume here is the 2019 English translation of Herman Bavinck's Magnalia Dei, published as The Wonderful Works of God. The name is a persistent source of confusion: this is not the historic Westminster Press of the Presbyterian Church, which is now part of Westminster John Knox.
