Reformed Free Publishing Association

The Reformed Free Publishing Association was formed in 1924 out of the controversy over common grace in the Christian Reformed Church: when that year's synod adopted the Three Points, concerned members organised to publish the ministers on the other side of the argument, beginning with pamphlets.¹ Its first publication, and still its flagship, is The Standard Bearer, born on 1 October 1924 and issued continuously since — a semi-monthly magazine expounding and defending Reformed doctrine and commenting on the church world.² The association is an independent non-profit based at Jenison, Michigan, closely associated with the Protestant Reformed Churches in America, and publishes doctrinal and devotional books alongside the magazine.³ Its volume here is the 2024 edition of Biblical and Religious Psychology.
