Bloomsbury Publishing was founded in 1986 in London by Nigel Newton and grew into one of the world's leading independent publishers.1 Its academic division acquired Continuum International in 2011, bringing the historic theology house T&T Clark under the Bloomsbury banner as Bloomsbury T&T Clark.2
