History
A brief history
Began in 2006 as one of several sub-imprints within the IVP Books line, marking out spiritual formation as a distinct programme.1 Its emblem is the chambered nautilus, chosen for the way the shell spirals outward from its centre as it grows — an image of formation moving from inward change to outward witness.2
