Reformation Heritage's current volumes are in turn photographed from this edition, not from the original. Individual volume issue dates within that programme are not established. Pilgrim bound volumes 3 and 4 together in one book, so this record covers both; the Pilgrim set is 59 physical volumes, not 63. It is grouped with volume 3, so it does not appear among the other editions of volume 4.
