- Photographic facsimile of the Passmore & Alabaster volumes for 1855 and 1856, from the complete reprint Bob L. Ross produced between 1969 and 1980. Reformation Heritage's current volumes are in turn photographed from this edition, not from the original. Individual volume issue dates within that programme are not established. Pilgrim bound volumes 1 and 2 together in one book, so this record covers both; the Pilgrim set is 59 physical volumes, not 63. It is grouped with volume 1, so it does not appear among the other editions of volume 2.
