Calvin’s Wisdom

In one relatively short life, plagued by constant ill-health, John Calvin exercised a remarkable ministry as a biblical scholar, a systematic theologian, an evangelical statesman, a church reformer, an international correspondent and a local pastor. His greatest legacy, however, remains his Institutes and his commentaries and treatises. Calvin’s Wisdom is an anthology of the reformer’s writing.
