- Not a separate work of Calvin's but Institutes III.6-10 -- the five chapters on the Christian life, self-denial, bearing the cross, meditating on the future life and the right use of the present one -- which circulated on their own as a little book from the sixteenth century onward. Denlinger and Parsons translated it afresh from the Latin for Reformation Trust in 2017. Reformation Trust issues the same setting under several cover designs, each with its own ISBN: this is the Leaves cover (sold by some retailers as Verdant), and the Damask cover is 9781567697445.
