Notes
An unusually ecumenical volume for this shelf: Lutheran and Reformed confessionalists writing together, out of the Alliance of Confessing Evangelicals. All eleven contributors besides the editor have records here. D. G. Hart is also in this collection for his life of Nevin, and Mohler for a good deal else. The Library of Congress note leaves a stray quotation mark in chapter nine's title; corrected here.
