Van Pelt edited it, and the whole volume is the work of Reformed Theological Seminary faculty, past and present — thirteen contributors, all recorded here, among them John D. Currid, who also wrote the Crossway ESV Bible Atlas held in this collection. J. Ligon Duncan III supplied the foreword. Open Library carries two Library of Congress numbers for this book, 2015027432 and 2015034829, of which the first is recorded.
